【摘要】 目的:通过对基于循证的合理用药管理模式的成效分析,旨在为医改形势下有效实施合理用药管控提供参考。方法:在医务部、药学部和临床科室的密切协作下,设立各临床诊断的用药范围;在信息科的项目开发时,建立信息平台对用药范围实时进行规则判断;统计分析管控前后人均住院药品费用、人均住院中成药费用、人均住院抗菌药物费用和住院药品比的变化。结果:人均住院药品费用降低1461.31元、人均住院中成药费用降低331.61元、人均住院抗菌药物费用降低154.92元、住院药品比降低14.05%。结论:基于循证的合理用药管控体系降低了药品费用,促进了医院合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To provide a reference method for hospitals to rational manage and control use of drugs,we analyzed the effect of pattern based on guidelines.METHODS Under the cooperation among medical department,pharmacy department and information department,the medication range were set up,the information system of management measures for drugs based on guidelines was established.The per-visit inpatient drug expenses,Chinese patent medicine expenses,antibacterial drug expenses and drug proportion were compared with the baseline.RESULTS The per-visit inpatient drug expenses,Chinese patent medicine expenses,antibacterial drug expenses and drug proportion had been reduced by 1461.31 yuan,331.61 yuan,154.92 yuan and14.05%respectively.CONCLUSION The system of management measures for drugs based on guidelines can not only reduce the drugs expense,but also enhance the rational drug use.更多还原
