【Abstract】 Tongji Hospital of Tongji Medical College HUST has applied excellent performance management theory in hospital strategy management to full promote hospital strategy management. the goal, content, process, assessment and adjustment, performance forecasting methods and index of hospital strategy planning making is introduced.
