【摘要】 公立医院改革实施以来,县级医院面临了多重考验。为适应改革,宜兴市人民医院从创新人事制度、提升服务能力、完善服务体系、提高医疗安全和质量等方面逐步探索,推进医院运行机制和管理体制。在一系列改革中,县级公立医院要实现"在不增加患者医疗费用的前提下,为人民群众提供更加优质便捷的医疗服务"这一改革目标,必须要不断提升自身的技术能力,以满足更快增长的医疗服务需求,克服公立医院价格体系改革带来的经济冲击,真正实现区域医疗的龙头作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 County level hospital has been faced many problems since public hospital reform. Management mechanism and system includes personnel system, capacity, healthcare system, medical quality and patient safety has been rapidly improved an innovated.
