【摘要】 基于江苏省37所县级综合性医院学科建设方面的数据,分析了江苏省县域医疗学科发展的现状。研究发现,近年来县级医院学科发展能力明显增强,但在区域上存在明显的不平衡,苏北、苏中、苏南3个片区县级医院之间学科发展能力存在明显的差距。为此,对县级医院学科发展提出关于人才支撑、科技创新、资源优化、学术交流等4方面的策略建议,为县级医院学科建设提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the data of discipline construction in general hospital, status quo of discipline development in county level hospital in Jiangsu province has been analyzed. It shows that discipline construction has been rapid development in current years but there is big gaps between regions of north, middle and south Jiangsu. Suggestions in aspects of team building, scientific innovation, resources optimization and academic exchange has presented to give reference for county level hospital discipline construction.更多还原
