银杏叶超微粉对断奶仔猪生长性能、肠道菌群及其形态的影响

【摘要】 本试验旨在研究银杏叶超微粉对断奶仔猪生长性能、肠道菌群及其形态的影响。将120头25日龄断奶的杜×长×大三元杂交仔猪随机分为3组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加1.0%银杏叶细粉和1.0%银杏叶超微粉。每组设4个重复,每个重复10头。试验期28 d。试验结束时,测定断奶仔猪生长性能、肠道菌群、小肠形态、血浆D-乳酸和内毒素含量以及二胺氧化酶活性。结果表明:与对照组和1.0%银杏叶细粉组相比,日粮添加1.0%银杏叶超微粉可显著提高断奶仔猪的平均日增重(P<0.05),降低耗料增重比(P<0.05);显著降低仔猪直肠大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌数量(P<0.05),增加乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌数量(P<0.05);显著提高仔猪小肠的绒毛高度、绒毛高度/隐窝深度(P<0.05);显著降低仔猪血浆D-乳酸水平、内毒素含量和二胺氧化酶活性(P<0.05);1.0%银杏叶细粉组和对照组仔猪各指标差异不显著。本试验表明,日粮添加1.0%银杏叶超微粉可改善断奶仔猪肠道菌群平衡和小肠形态,保护肠道屏障功能,从而提高断奶仔猪生长性能。

【Abstract】 An experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of Ginkgo biloba leaves ultrafine powder on growth performance, intestinal microflora and intestinal morphology in weaned piglets. total of 120 crossbred piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Large Yorkshire) weaned at 25 days of age were randomly divided into 3 groups, each with 4 replicates of 10 piglets per replicate. The control group was fed a basal diet, while the other two groups were fed the same basal diet supplemented with 1.0% Ginkgo biloba leaves fine powder and 1.0% Ginkgo biloba leaves ultrafine powder, respectively. The experiment lasted for 28 days. At the end of the experiment, growth performance, intestinal microflora, intestinal morphology, plasma D-lactate and endotoxin level, diamine oxidase activity were measured. The results showed that compared with the control group and the group supplemented with 1.0% Ginkgo biloba leaves fine powder, adding 1.0% Ginkgo biloba leaves ultrafine powder to diets of weaned piglets significantly increased average daily gain(P<0.05) and decreased feed to gain ratio(P<0.05). Adding 1.0% Ginkgo biloba leaves ultrafine powder also decreased the amounts of E.coli and salmonella(P<0.05), and increased the amounts of lactobacillus and bifidobacteria in rectum(P<0.05). In weaned piglets fed 1.0% Ginkgo bilobaleaves ultrafine powder, intestinal villous height and villous height to crypt depth ratio were remarkably elevated(P<0.05) as compared with the control group and the group supplemented with 1.0% Ginkgo biloba leaves fine powder. Plasma D-lactate and endotoxin level, diamine oxidase activity were also increased in weaned piglets fed 1.0% Ginkgo biloba leaves ultrafine powder(P<0.05). There were no differences between the group supplemented with 1.0% Ginkgo biloba leaves fine powder and the control group. The study suggested that adding 1.0% Ginkgo biloba leaves ultrafine powder to diets of weaned piglets could improve intestinal microflora balance and intestinal morphology, and protect intestinal barrier, thus improving growth performance.
