【摘要】 目的了解疾病预防控制机构对医疗机构消毒工作指导的需求情况,研究相应对策。方法以问卷调查形式,对湖北省内381家不同规模医疗机构感染控制部门需要接受疾病预防控制机构指导的需求情况进行调查。结果在所调查的381家医疗机构中,有85.1%的医院消毒工作需要或迫切需要接受指导和帮助,有94.0%的医院可以或基本可以解决医院感染控制中的消毒问题。规模大的医院日常消毒效果优于中小医院,大型医院对消毒指导要求相对较低。结论不同规模医疗机构对消毒指导均有需求,但中小规模医院的需求更为迫切,疾病预防控制机构应加强对中小规模医疗机构的消毒指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To clarify the function of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention( CDCs) in hospital disinfection and infection control work. Methods We investigated the status of hospital infection control and their demands for disinfection guidance from the CDCs in hospitals of different scales in Hubei Province with questionnaires. Results 85. 1%of the hospitals required or urgently required the disinfection guidance from the CDCs,and 94% of the hospitals could or could basically control the occurrence of hospital infection. The daily disinfection effect of large-scale hospitals was better than that of small and medium-sized hospitals,and large-scale hospitals’ demand for disinfection guidance from the CDCs was lower than that of small and medium-sized hospitals. Conclusion All the hospitals surveyed have requirements for the CDCs to help to do the disinfection and infection control work better,but the CDCs should focus on smaller hospitals.更多还原
