【摘要】 目的探讨无菌物品不同包装方式灭菌后保质期。方法采用无菌实验方法,对不同包装材料包装物品灭菌后无菌保质期进行观察。结果在本研究设计的5组包装中,双层无纺布包装组、纸塑袋包装组、棉布与无纺布混合包装组、双层棉布包装组和单层无纺布包装组等各组灭菌包保质期依次为210 d、180 d、150 d、90 d和30 d。结论包装材料性质决定灭菌包保质期,结合实际使用需求,推荐较大无菌手术器械用无纺布与棉布混合包装,一般单用器械宜采用纸塑袋包装。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the validity period of sterile articles with different packaging after sterilization.Methods Sterility test was used to observe the sterile shelf life of different packaging materials. Results The validity period of 5 groups of packaging in this study,which were double-layer non-woven packaging group,paper-plastic bag packaging cotton,cotton in blended with non-woven packaging group,double packing group and single layer non-woven packaging groups after sterilization were 210 d,180 d,150 d,90 d and 30 d respectively. Conclusion Sterilization bag validity period is depended on packaging material quality. Combining with the actual use requirements,we recommend large sterile surgical instruments with non-woven fabric and cotton mixed packing,the general use appropriate equipment uses paper-plastic bag packaging.更多还原
