【摘要】 监察委员会内部机构设置与运行机制的实践探索过程,是一种"流程导向的组织变革过程"。在全面从严治党的政治环境中,纪检监察机关职能转变战略的组织结构驱动力,追求加强党的领导与自身廉洁的政治性组织目标,努力实现运行高效的管理性组织目标,以及组织变革的制度准备与问题回应规律,共同驱动着"准备—促成—深化"三个阶段流程导向的组织变革过程。当前,在监察委员会内部机构设置与运行机制模式基本形成的情况下,仍然需要运用上述组织变革规律推进监察委员会内部组织模式的进一步发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 "The mode of process-oriented organizational transformation" is being adopted in the exploration process of institutional setup and operating mechanisms within the supervisory committee. In the political environment of ensuring full and strict governance over the Party, the process-oriented organizational change model with three stages of "preparation-formation-deepening" is being driven by the following factors:the strategy of function transformation, the political organization objectives of strengthening the party’s leadership and its own clean, the management organizational goals of running efficient, and the rule of institutional preparation and problem response in the organizational change process of supervisory organ. At present, under the circumstances that the institutional setup and operating mechanisms within the supervisory committee have been basically facilitated, we still need to use above rules of organizational transformation to promote the further development of the internal organization model of the supervisory committee.更多还原
