核桃的营养保健功能及功能成分研究进展
Nutritional Function and Functional Components of Walnut
【摘要】 就核桃的主要营养成分、主要功能和现代药理以及功能成分的提取、纯化技术研究进展进行综述,并对功能成分的利用前景进行了展望。
【Abstract】 This paper discussed the main nutritional components of walnut,main function and modern pharmacological of walnut,separation of functional components,purification technology and its research progress. Also,it put forward prospects to utilize functional components.
