调节胃肠道功能食品及其功效成分研究进展
Research Advancemets of Regulating Gastrointestinal Functional Foods and Functional Components
【摘要】 就胃肠道疾病的发病机制、功能食品中使用的调节胃肠道功效成分及其作用机理进行了综述,以期为调节胃肠道功能食品的开发提供新的思路和依据。
【Abstract】 The pathogenesis of gastrointestinal disease and regulating mechanism of functional components in functional foods were reviewed to provide new ideas and foundations for the development of regulating gastrointestinal functional foods.
