钨基催化剂氢解甘油制备1,3-丙二醇的研究进展
Research Progress in Selective Hydrogenolysis of Glycerol to 1, 3-propanediol over Tungsten-based Catalysts
【摘要】 综述了钨基催化剂用于甘油选择性氢解制备1,3-丙二醇的研究进展,总结了钨活性组分催化甘油转化的作用机制。有多种钨基催化剂,包括钨酸、含钨杂多酸/杂多酸盐、氧化钨及其复合物等,均可以有效促进甘油转化为1,3-丙二醇。其中氧化钨基多相催化剂由于与产物容易分离、方便回收、反应工艺绿色环保等优点而成为未来研发的重点。催化剂中钨活性组分不仅为甘油活化提供了酸性位,同时对反应物还具有螯合作用、氧化还原等作用。未来,通过对反应机理认识以及深入研究金属-载体界面效应、粒径效应等构效关系,构筑新型的钨基催化剂,例如结构新颖和价态可控的钨氧化物、均一的金属-钨界面位点、W基单原子等,有望大幅提高甘油氢解到1,3-丙二醇的选择性,并进一步发展和完善反应机理的认识。
【Abstract】 The research progress of tungsten-based catalysts for the selective hydrogenolysis of glycerol to prepare1,3-propanediol was reviewed. The mechanism of the catalytic activity of tungsten on glycerol conversion was summarized. A variety of tungsten-based catalysts, including tungstic acid, tungsten-containing heteropolyacids/heteropolyacids, tungsten oxide, and their composites, are effective in promoting the conversion of glycerol to 1,3-propanediol. Among them, the tungsten oxide-based heterogeneous catalyst has become the focus of future research and development due to its advantages of easy separation from products, convenient recovery, and green environmental protection. The active component of tungsten in the catalyst not only provides an acidic site for glycerol activation, but also has a chelation, redox and the like for the reactant. In the future, through the understanding of the reaction mechanism and in-depth study of the structure-effect relationship of metal-carrier interface effect and particle size effect, a new type of tungsten-based catalyst, such as a novel structure and valencecontrolled tungsten oxide, and a uniform metal-tungsten interface, can be constructed. Sites, W-based monoatoms,etc., are expected to greatly increase the selectivity of glycerol hydrogenolysis to 1, 3-propanediol, and further develop and improve the understanding of the reaction mechanism.
