【摘要】 目的探讨揿针围刺治疗带状疱疹的效果。方法选取2016年1月~2017年4月我院中医科门诊及住院部收治的30例带状疱疹患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为揿针治疗组和营养神经组,每组各15例。揿针治疗组应用揿针以患者的皮损皮肤为中心进行围刺,1次/d。营养神经组给予肌内注射腺苷钴胺1.5 mg/次,1次/d。两组的疗程均为14 d,比较两组的临床治疗总有效率,采用疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分评估患者的疼痛程度,比较两组患者的不良反应发生率。结果揿针治疗组的总有效率为93.33%,高于营养神经组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分低于治疗前,揿针治疗组的VAS评分低于营养神经组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论揿针围刺治疗带状疱疹能提高临床治疗效果,减轻患者的疼痛程度,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of press needle for surrounding acupuncture treating herpes zoster. Methods A total of 30 patients with herpes zoster treated in department of traditional Chinese medicine of our hospital from January 2016 to April 2017 were selected as subjects of study, they were divided into the treatment group of press needle and neurotrophic group according to the different treatment methods, each group had 15 cases. The treatment group of press needle was treated with surrounding acupuncture centred around the skin of the patients′ skin, once a day. The neurotrophic group was given intramuscular injection of cobalamin adenosine 1.5 mg/time, once a day. The course of treatment in both groups was 14 days, the total effective rate of clinical treatment was compared between the two groups. Visual analogue(VAS) pain score was used to evaluate the degree of pain, and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group of press needle was93.33%, which was higher than 73.33% of the nutritional nerve group, the difference was significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS pain score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment, and the VAS pain score of the acupuncture group was lower than that of the nutritional nerve group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion Press needle for surrounding acupuncture treating herpes zostear can improve the clinical therapeutic effect and reduce the pain of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
