【摘要】 目的探讨防旋股骨髓内钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的效果。方法选取2016年9月~2018年3月我院收治的44例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象,采用盲选方法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各22例。对照组患者接受动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定治疗,观察组患者接受股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNa)内固定治疗。比较两组患者的手术相关指标、临床治疗优良率及并发症总发生率。结果观察组患者的术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、骨折愈合时间及负重时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床治疗优良率明显高于对照组,并发症总发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PFNa内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折,能促进患者术后早期恢复,提高临床治疗效果,降低并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of preventive femoral intramedullary nail in the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur. Methods A total of 44 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into control group and observation group by blind selection method, with 22 cases in each group. The control group received DHS internal fixation, while the observation group received PFNa internal fixation. The operation related indexes, the excellent and good rate of clinical treatment and the total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The bleeding volume during operation in the observation group was less than that in the control group. The operation time, fracture healing time and weight-bearing time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion PFNa internal fixation for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of the femur in the elderly can promote the early recovery of the patients after operation, improve the clinical therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of complications.更多还原
