【摘要】 目的探讨舒适护理对慢性盆腔炎患者的康复效果。方法选取2017年4月～2018年3月我院妇科收治的98例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象。根据患者入院时间的不同分为对照组和舒适组,每组各49例。对照组患者采取常规护理,舒适组患者进行舒适护理干预。比较两组患者的症状体征评分,生活质量评分和康复总有效率。结果治疗1个月后,舒适组患者的症状体征评分低于对照组,生活质量评分和康复总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理有效提高了慢性盆腔炎患者的康复效果,减轻了患者的症状,提升了患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of comfort care on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods A total of 98 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation disease admitted to our hospital from April2017 to March 2018 were selected as research subjects, patients were divided into control group and comfort group according to their admission time, with 49 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care, while the patients in the comfort group were given comfort nursing intervention. Symptom score, quality of life score and total effective rate of rehabilitation were compared between the two groups. Results After one month treatment, the scores of symptoms and signs in comfort group were lower than those in control group, the scores of quality of life and total effective rate of rehabilitation in comfort group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, reduce the symptoms of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.更多还原
