PBL教学法在药物分析学理论课中的应用效果

【摘要】 目的探讨PBL教学法在药物分析学理论课中的应用效果。方法 2017年3月选取我校2014级临床药学(五年制)专业学生作为研究对象,将4个自然班共99人,根据教学方法的不同分为对照组(n=49)和实验组(n=50)。对照组学生采用传统教学法,实验组学生采用PBL教学法。比较两组学生的课堂小考、理论考试成绩和问卷调查结果。结果实验组学生的阶段性理论考试成绩和期中理论考试成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且调查问卷结果显示,愿意参加PBL实验班的学生比例达到98%。结论 PBL教学法能激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学习效率,增强团队合作能力以及提高解决问题能力。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method in the theory class of pharmacoanalysis. Methods In March 2017, the students in majoring in clinical pharmacy(five-year) admitted in 2014 in our school were selected as the study subjects. A total of 99 people in 4 natural classes were divided into control group(n=49)and experimental group(n=50) according to different teaching methods. The control group was given traditional teaching method. The experimental group was given PBL teaching method. The two groups of classroom tests, the oretical test scores and questionnaire survey results were compared. Results The scores of the stage theoretical test scores and the mid-term theoretical test scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The results of the survey showed that the proportion of students willing to participate in the PBL experimental class reached 98%. Conclusion PBL teaching method can stimulate learning interest, improve learning efficiency, enhance teamwork ability and improve problem solving ability.
