【摘要】 目的探讨微信辅助护理在门诊拔牙患者围术期的应用效果。方法选取我院门诊2016年4月～2018年4月拔牙患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组利用微信进行术前健康宣教、心理护理,术后微信延续护理;对照组行常规健康宣教、术后常规护理。比较两组术后收缩压、体温、心率、焦虑、疼痛情况、护理总满意度及并发症总发生率。结果观察组术后收缩压、心率低于对照组,焦虑、疼痛评分低于对照组,护理总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的体温与并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微信辅助护理对门诊年轻拔牙患者能进行良好的、完整的围术期护理,使拔牙手术更安全、更舒适,可提高患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of wechat-based nursing care in the peri-operative period of out-patient tooth extraction. Methods From April 2016 to April 2018, 100 patients in the peri-operative period of out-patient tooth extraction were selected as the subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, 50 cases in each group. The observation group was performed the health education, psychological care and post-operative nursing care by wechat. The control group was performed routine the health education, psychological care. Postoperative systolic blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, anxiety, pain, the satisfaction and complication rate were compared between two groups. Results Postoperative, the systolic blood pressure, heart rate of the observation group were significant lower than that in the control group, the HAMA anxiety scale and VAS of the observation group were significant lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction scale of the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There were no significant difference in the temperature and the total complication rate between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions The observation group has peri-operative period of out-patient tooth extraction, which get more safe, less pain and anxious, higher satisfaction.更多还原
