雨生红球藻软胶囊安全性毒理学评价

【摘要】 目的研究雨生红球藻软胶囊的安全性。方法采用不同剂量的雨生红球藻软胶囊进行小鼠急性经口毒性试验、遗传毒性试验和大鼠30 d喂养试验,研究不同剂量实验组与对照组间的差异。结果受试物最大耐受量达18 000 mg/(kg·BW)时,对小鼠未见毒性作用;小鼠精子畸形试验和骨髓细胞微核试验结果均为阴性;大鼠30 d喂养试验的各剂量组动物体重、进食量、食物利用率、血常规、生化检测指标与阴性对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);对大鼠脏器组织均未观察到有害作用。结论雨生红球藻软胶囊在当前试验条件下未见产生毒副作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the safety of Haematococcus pluvialis soft capsule. Methods Acute toxicity test, genetic toxicity tests and rat 30 days feeding test were conducted using different doses of Haematococcus pluvialis soft capsule. The differences between the experimental and the control groups were compared. Results No toxic effects of Haematococcus pluvialis soft capsule were observed at doses up to 18 000 mg/(kg·BW) in the acute toxicity test. The results of mice semen abnormality test and mice myeloid cell micronucleus test were all negative, there was no significant difference between the treatment groups and the control group in the 30 days feeding test in terms of body weight,food intake, food utilizing rate, blood biochemistry and hematology(P>0.05). No apparent pathological injury was observed in rat tissues. Conclusion Haematococcus pluvialis soft capsule is non-toxic and non-mutagenic under the current experimental conditions.
