【摘要】 目的探讨黄芪益气汤联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取2014年3月~2017年1月肇庆市高要区人民医院收治的85例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(42例)和对照组(43例)。对照组采用奥美拉唑、枸橼酸铋钾胶囊及阿莫西林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用黄芪益气汤治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、胃镜疗效、幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染清除率、组织活检病理情况及慢性萎缩性胃炎症状量化评分。结果观察组临床总有效率、胃镜疗效总有效率、组织活检病理治疗总有效率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组HP感染清除率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后及随访半年,观察组慢性萎缩性胃炎症状量化评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论黄芪益气汤联合西药治疗能有效改善慢性萎缩性胃炎患者临床症状,具有一定的根除HP作用,且远期效果较好,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Huangqi Yiqi Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods Eighty-five patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to People′s Hospital of Gaoyao District in Zhaoqing City from March 2014 to January 2017 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into:observation group(42 cases) and control group(43 cases).Patients in the control group were treated with Omeprazole,Colloidal Pectin Bismuth and Amoxicillin on the basis of general treatment.The patients in the observation group were given Huangqi Yiqi Decoction,Omeprazole and Colloidal Pectin Bismuth on the basis of general treatment.The total effective rate of clinical curative effect,the total effective rate of gastroscope curative effect,the clearance rate of Helicobacter Pylori infection,the biopsy pathology and the quantification of chronic atrophic gastritis symptoms were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical curative effect,the total effective rate of gastroscopy,the total effective rate of biopsy pathological treatment was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HP infection clearance between the two groups(P >0.05).After treatment and follow-up six months,the observation group of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis symptom score were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Huangqi Yiqi Decoction combined with western medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,have a certain role in eradicating HP infection,and the long-term effect is good,worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
