【摘要】 目的探讨经尿道钬激光膀胱肿瘤切除术和膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗表浅层膀胱癌的临床效果。方法选取2012年12月~2017年10月我院收治的50例表浅层膀胱癌患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各25例。观察组患者采用经尿道钬激光膀胱肿瘤切除术治疗,对照组患者采用经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗。比较两组患者的手术操作用时、术中实际出血量、留置尿管时长、住院天数、治疗前后炎症因子水平以及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者手术操作用时、留置尿管时长、住院天数明显短于对照组,术中实际出血量少于对照组,IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α以及并发症发生率明显低于对照组,IL-10水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道钬激光膀胱肿瘤切除术和膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗表浅层膀胱癌均有一定效果,但经尿道钬激光膀胱肿瘤切除术疗效更佳,有效缩短住院天数,减轻患者的经济负担,且对炎症因子的影响较小,并发症较少,具有较高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral holmium laser bladder tumor resection and bladder tumor resection for superficial bladder cancer.Methods 50 patients with superficial bladder cancer admitted from December 2012 to October 2017 in our hospital were divided into observation group(n=25) and control group according to random number table method.The observation group was treated by transurethral holmium laser bladder tumor resection,while the control group was treated by transurethral resection of bladder tumor.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,length of indwelling catheter,days of hospitalization,levels of inflammatory cytokines before and after treatment and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,indwelling catheter length,length of hospital stay were shorter than those in control group, intraoperative blood loss was losser than those in the control,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α and complication rates in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,and IL-10 level was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral resection of holmium laser bladder tumor and resection of bladder tumor have some effect on superficial bladder cancer,but transurethral resection of holmium laser bladder tumor is more effective,which can shorten the length of hospital stay and reduce the cost of the patient Burden,and less impact on inflammatory cytokines,fewer complications,with high clinical value.更多还原
