【摘要】 目的探讨肺结核病患者疾病不确定感与心理困扰的相关性。方法于2017年4~8月采用中文版Mishel疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)和简易心理困扰状况评定量表(K10)对372例肺结核病患者进行调查。结果肺结核患者MUIS总分评分为(100.20±14.62)分,其中,不明确性维度得分为(42.24±5.16)分,复杂性维度得分为(23.62±3.29)分,信息缺乏性维度得分为(21.11±3.44)分,不可预测性维度得分为(13.25±3.34)分。K10总分评分为(32.61±6.35)分,其中,焦虑因子得分为(14.28±3.28)分,抑郁因子得分为(18.34±4.49)分。Pearson相关分析显示,心理困扰量表总分得分值与疾病不确定感量表总分得分值成正相关性(r=0.315,P<0.01)。结论疾病不确定感是心理困扰的影响因素,降低疾病不确定感有助于减轻肺结核病患者的心理困扰。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore correlation between illness uncertainty and psychological distress in the patients with tuberculosis.Methods 372 patients with tuberculosis were researched using the Mishel Uncertainty in Illness(MUIS)and the 10-item Kessler Psychological Distress Scale(K10) from April to August 2017.Results The total score of MUISS was(100.20±14.62) scores in the patients with tuberculosis,in the MUISS,the score of dimensions of ambiguity was(42.24±5.16) scores,the score of complexity dimensions dimension was(23.62±3.29) scores,the score of information deficiency dimension was(21.11±3.44) scores,the score of unpredictability dimension was(13.25±3.34) scores.The total score of K10 was(32.61±6.35) scores,in the K10,the score of anxiety factor was(14.28±3.28) scores,the score of depression factor was(18.34±4.49) scores.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of psychological distress showed a positive correlation with the total score of illness uncertainty(r=0.315,P<0.01).Conclusion Illness uncertainty is influence factor of psychological distress,Reducing illness uncertainty can help to relieve psychological distress in the patients with tuberculosis.更多还原
