【摘要】 目的探讨优质护理干预在慢性肾衰竭腹膜透析患者护理中的应用分析。方法选取2015年6年~2016年8月于我院进行腹膜透析的86例慢性肾衰竭患者作为研究对象。运用简单随机法将其分为实验组及对照组,每组43例。实验组运用优质护理干预,对照组运用常规护理。比较两组患者的并发症发生情况、护理后营养状况改善情况及生活质量情况。结果干预后,实验组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后实验组患者的MIS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后实验组患者的体质量指数(MIS)、血清白蛋白、血红蛋白均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后实验组患者的生理功能、身体疼痛、总体健康、心理健康评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理能够改善慢性肾衰患者腹膜透析患者的生活质量,降低其并发症发生率,提高营养状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of high quality nursing intervention in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing peritoneal dialysis.Methods Altogether 86 patients with chronic renal failure undergoing peritoneal dialysis treated in our hospital from June 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the subjects,and divided into the experiment group and the control group by simple random method,with 43 cases in each group.The experiment group was treated with high quality nursing intervention,while the control group received routine nursing care.The incidence of complications,improvement of nutritional status and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the incidence of complications in the experiment group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After the intervention,the Malnutrition-inflammation Scale(MIS) score of the experiment group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After the intervention,the body mass index,serum albumin and hemoglobin of the experiment group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of physiological function,body pain,general health and mental health in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing can improve the quality of life,reduce the complications and improve the nutritional status of peritoneal dialysis patients with chronic renal failure.更多还原
