【摘要】 山西省作为我国食醋酿造大省,不止食醋酿造产量名列前茅,而且食醋企业数量众多,规模以上的食醋企业占据山西省食醋企业数量的1/10左右,且每年都在不断变化中。文章以2007~2016年的规上食醋企业变动情况分析了山西省规上食醋酿造企业变动趋势及特点,并提出几点思考,旨在从规上食醋企业变动趋势及特点方面对山西省食醋产业有更全面的认知。更多还原

【Abstract】 Shanxi Province,as a large province of China’s vinegar brewing,not only owns the best vinegar brewing production,but also has a large number of vinegar enterprises,vinegar enterprises above designated size account for about 1/10 of the number of vinegar enterprises in Shanxi Province,and constantly change every year.This paper analyzes the changes and characteristics of the vinegar brewing enterprises above designated size in Shanxi Province from 2007 to 2016,and puts forward some thoughts on the trends and characteristics of the vinegar brewing enterprises above designated size in Shanxi Province to have a more comprehensive understanding about Shanxi Provincial vinegar industries.更多还原
