腌制佛手过程中挥发油的收集方法研究

【摘要】 佛手在腌制过程中挥发油尚未收集利用,文章按传统的佛手腌制工艺,分别比较了采用溶剂吸收,活性炭与吸油棉吸附等方法收集佛手挥发油的效率。结果表明:用溶剂吸收法和吸油棉吸附法收集的效率较高,但溶剂吸收法对设备气密性要求较高,以减少溶剂挥发而造成的成本升高、环境污染等问题,而吸油棉吸附法则操作简便、易行,单次吸附为330mg/kg,3次吸附的效率可达880mg/kg,是一种实用可行的方法。

【Abstract】 The essential oils of bergarmot have not been collected and used in the process of pickling.According to the traditional process of bergarmot,the adsorption efficiency of bergarmot essential oils is compared by solvent absorption,activated carbon and oil absorbent sheets absorption.The results show that the collection efficiency of solvent absorption and oil absorbent sheets absorbent is higher,but the solvent absorption method has higher requirements for the tightness of equipment,so as to reduce the cost caused by solvent evaporation,environmental pollution and so on,while the adsorption principle of oil absorbent sheets is simple and feasible,the single adsorption is 330 mg/kg,3 times’ adsorption efficiency is up to 880 mg/kg,which is a practical method.
