【摘要】 目的探讨T1DM患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)中miR-148a表达及与临床指标的相关性。方法 RT-PCR检测46例T1DM患者(T1DM组)及22名健康对照人群(NC组)的PBMCs miR-148a表达水平,并与临床指标进行相关性分析。结果 T1DM组miR-148a表达水平低于NC组(P<0.05);miR-148a表达水平与抗体不相关;多元线性回归分析发现,T1DM患者miR-148a的表达水平与FC-P、BMI呈正相关(P<0.05),与HbA1c、糖尿病病程呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 T1DM患者外周血miR-148a表达下降;其表达水平可能与胰岛功能及血糖控制水平有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression levels of miR-148a in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)of patients with type 1 diabetes(T1DM)and their correlation with clinical indicators. Methods The expression levels of miR-148a in the PBMCs were measured using RT-PCR in46 T1DM patients and 22 healthy individuals.The correlation between miR-148a expression levels and clinical parameters was analyzed. Results The expression levels of miR-148 ain T1DM individuals decreased significantly compared with healthy individuals(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the expression levels of miR-148a were positively correlated with C peptide and BMI,but negatively associated with HbA1 c and the duration of diabetes(Y=106.667-28.453 XHbA1 c+ 33.012 XFC-P-21.736 Xduration+7.254 XBMI).The expression of miR-148a was not related to the antibody.
