【摘要】 分析2014年2月至2016年12月于我院内分泌代谢科住院的5例暴发性1型糖尿病(FTlDM)患者资料。均以起病急和严重DKA为特征,病程1~3d,入院时血糖31.8~58.9 mmol/L,HbA1c 6.0%~7.5%,FC-P 0.01~0.05nmol/L,2hC-P 0.02~0.05nmol/L,随访1年后复查胰岛β细胞功能未见明显改善。FTlDM起病急、常合并严重的代谢异常,预后极差,胰岛β细胞功能受损严重。更多还原

【Abstract】 Clinical and laboratory data of 5 cases of fulmiant type 1 diabetes mellitus(FTlDM)hospitalized in our department of endocrinology and metabolism from February 2014 to December 2016 were collected analyzed.All these patients characterized by acute onset and severe ketoacidosis,with course of 1-3 d.At admission,the blood glucose level was 31.8~58.9 mmol/L,HbA1 c 6.0% ~7.5%,F-CP0.01~0.05 nmol/L and 2 hC-P 0.02~0.05 nmol/L.The pancreaticβcell function had no significant improvement after 1 year.FTlDM patients have clinical features of abrupt onset,often with severe metabolic disorders,poor prognosis and seriously damaged isletβcell function.更多还原
