磷回收在污泥资源化方面的研究进展与应用分析

【摘要】 城市污水厂的污泥中每吨干污泥含有TP为15~30 kg,从磷的可持续利用和控制水体富营养化角度来讲,遵从"废弃物资源回收"原则,实现污泥中磷资源的最大限度释放和回收,既能满足污水排放标准、保护环境,又可提高稀缺资源的重复利用率。基于我国日渐明晰的污泥处理处置路线,综述与其匹配的磷回收方式及相应技术的进展,探讨不同回收方式的应用潜能。针对上海地区污泥处理处置的特点,对城区污泥磷回收方式进行分析,为污泥焚烧飞灰的资源化利用提供新思路。

【Abstract】 Every ton of dry sludge in sewage sludge of urban sewage plant contains TP of 15~30 kg. From the viewpoint of sustainable utilization of phosphorus & controlling eutrophication of water body, the principle of recycling of waste resources is followed to achieve maximum release & recovery of phosphorus resources in sludge, which can not only meet the standard of sewage discharge, protect the environment, but also improve the reuse rate of scarce resources. Based on the increasingly clear process of sludge treatment & disposal in China, a review of its matched phosphorus recovery methods& the progress of corresponding technologies are reviewed, and the potential of different recycling methods is explored. In view of the characteristics of sludge disposal in Shanghai, the method to phosphorus recovery in urban sludge is analyzed to provide a new idea for resource utilization of sludge incineration fly ash.
