铁酸锌纳米棒的制备及其在环氧树脂中的阻燃性能研究

【摘要】 通过微乳液法成功制备了铁酸锌纳米棒(R-ZFO),并用X射线粉末衍射仪、透射电子显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对R-ZFO进行了结构和形貌分析;随后,将R-ZFO添加到环氧树脂(EP)中制备了EP/R-ZFO纳米复合材料,通过极限氧指数测定仪、锥形量热仪和热分析仪研究了R-ZFO对EP热稳定性和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,所制备的R-ZFO的直径约为200nm,长度为1~10μm;当添加3%(质量分数,下同)的R-ZFO到EP中时,复合材料的极限氧指数提高至28.3%,初始分解温度提高了48.8℃,热释放速率峰值降低了34.16%,表现出良好的热稳定性和阻燃性能。

【Abstract】 In this paper,zinc ferrite nanorods(R-ZFO)were prepared by a microemulsion method,and their microstructure were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction,transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The results indicated that the synthesized R-ZFO had a particle size of approximately 200 nm and a length of 1~10μm.Afterward,epoxy resin/RZFO composites were prepared and their flame-retardant properties and thermal stability were investigated by limiting oxygen index(LOI),cone calorimeter and thermogravimetric analysis.The results demonstrated that LOI of epoxy resin was improved to 28.3 % by incorporating3 wt% R-ZFO,its initial decomposition temperature increased up to 48.8 ℃,and the peak heat release rate decreased by 34.16%.These results suggested an enhanced thermal stability and good flame-retardant performance of epoxy resin/R-ZFO nanocomposites.
