目的探讨噪声污染对大鼠血激素水平和热休克蛋白-70(Hsp-70)表达的影响。方法 40只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组(正常饲养)和实验组(分为35、65、85 d B三个组),每组10只动物。每天刺激1次,每次刺激30 min,连续刺激20 d。第21天采血用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血液中去甲肾上腺素(NA),睾酮(T),多巴胺(DA),Hsp-70水平。结果 ELISA法检测发现,实验组(35、65、85 d B组)大鼠体重比对照组分别减轻了23.45%,30.13%,35.64%,T和DA水平分别降低了9.12%、20.06%、37.99%和15.49%、18.31%、24.88%;血NA和Hsp-70水平分别升高了35.08%、171.52%、197.86%和39.34%、195.09%、285.25%,差异均有显著性(均P<0.01)。结论噪声污染能显著影响大鼠血激素水平和热休克蛋白-70的表达。
