【摘要】 生态清洁小流域建设是实现流域内水土资源有效保护与生态环境可持续维护的重要途径。回顾了陕西省生态清洁小流域建设的发展历程;剖析了生态清洁小流域建设存在的问题,如建设实践跟不上理论发展、缺乏系统性、重工程轻自然恢复能力及产业发展不够等;探讨了如何促进理论走向实践,并通过示范试点突破生态清洁小流域建设的关键技术,以及如何标准化评价生态清洁小流域建设的成效等问题。研究成果对陕西省乃至全国的生态清洁小流域建设具有一定的指导意义,可促进小流域治理向更高的层次迈进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ecological and clean-type small watershed building is an important approach to achieve effective protection of soil and water resources and sustainable maintenance of ecological environment within watershed. The paper reviewed the developing process of ecological and cleantype small watershed building in Shaanxi Province,analyzed the existing problems in ecological and clean-type small watershed building,such as building practice cannot keep up with the development of theory,lack of systematicness,emphasizing engineering over natural rehabilitation ability and industry development was not enough and discussed the aspects of how to promote theory turning to practice,break through key technologies in ecological and clean-type small watershed building through demonstration and pilot works and how to make standardized assessment of the effect of ecological and clean-type small watershed building. The research result has certain guiding significance to ecological and clean-type small watershed building both in Shaanxi Province and whole China and can promote small watershed management towards a higher level.更多还原
