【摘要】 破解当前我国乡村社会普遍存在的"小、散、乱"难题是实现乡村振兴的关键所在,贵州省六盘水市舍烹村用六年时间(2012-2017)从一个藏在大山深处贫困落后的"空壳村"一跃成为美丽乡村中明星村落的发展经验为解决此类问题提供了可行之道。本文运用案例研究的方法,描摹村庄在内部资源重组、组织重构过程中的具体实践及颇具借鉴意义的做法,对村庄发展过程中"资源变资产、资金变股金、农民变股东"的制度设计予以剖析。进一步通过案例实证得出为实现可持续发展,未来村庄尚需重塑资金、劳动力、技术等要素环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 The key to rural revitalization is to solve the "small,scattered and chaotic"problems prevailing in rural society. In the past six years( 2012-2017),the development experience of Shepeng Village in Liupanshui City,Guizhou Province,from a poor and backward "empty shell village"hidden deep in mountains to a star village in beautiful villages has provided a feasible solution to solve such problems. This paper uses the case study method to describe the specific practice of the village in the process of internal resource reorganization and organizational reconstruction and the practices with great reference significance,and analyzes the system design of "resources change into assets,funds change into capital,farmers change into shareholders"in the development process of the village.Further,the case study shows that in order to achieve sustainable development,it is still necessary to reshape the environment of capital,labor force,technology and other elements.更多还原
