刮板输送机中板磨损性能的研究进展

【摘要】 刮板输送机作为煤炭综采系统中的关键设备,其使用寿命直接影响开采成本。恶劣的工作环境造成刮板输送机中部槽中板(以下简称中板)磨损严重,使中板的耐磨性成为决定刮板输送机使用寿命的主要因素之一。分析了近年来中板材料研究现状,详细介绍了中板在材料选用、磨损评价方法以及表面强化等方面的研究进展,并在此基础上展望了中板磨损研究的趋势。最后指出中锰钢中板耐磨耐蚀性能的研究、全面模拟中板工作工况的磨损试验研究、高耐磨性堆焊焊条的研发以及中板表面强化工艺的研究将是未来中板的研究方向。

【Abstract】 Scraper conveyor is the key equipment in fully mechanized coal mining system,and its service life directly affects the mining cost.The poor working environment causes serious wear in middle plate of scraper conveyor,which makes the wear resistance of the middle plate become one of the main factors determining the service life of scraper conveyor.Through analyzing the research achievements of middle plate materials in recent years,the research progresses in material selection,wear evaluation method and surface strengthening of the middle plate of scraper conveyors were summarized.On the basis of this,the research trends of the middle plate of scraper conveyors were prospected.The authors pointed out that the future research directions would be wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the medium manganese steel middle plate,comprehensive simulation of wear test of middle plate under working condition,and high wear resistance surfacing electrode and surface strengthening technology of middle plate.
