【摘要】 以保险的社会管理原理为基础,结合煤矿安全管理体系的特点,将保险机制纳入煤矿内部安全管理系统,建立闭环管理机制,并且运用系统动力学模拟运行状态,以证明保险机制促进煤矿安全管理的有效性。最后分析构建了煤矿安全管理保险机制的制度框架,指出了现有制度设计的不足之处与改进方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the social management mechanism of insurance,combined with the characteristics of coal mine safety management system,the insurance mechanism was incorporated into the internal safety management system of coal mines,and a closed loop management mechanism was established,and the system dynamics was used to simulate the running state in order to prove the effectiveness of insurance mechanism in promoting coal mine safety management.Finally,the system framework of coal mine safety management insurance mechanism was analyzed,pointing out the shortcomings of the existing system design and improvement direction.更多还原
