【摘要】 技术转移是国家创新体系中相对薄弱的一个环节,技术转移机构的能力提升,是推进技术转移工作的重要抓手。本文基于能力的视角,将技术转移机构划分为交易服务型、技术孵化型、资源整合型三种类别。这三种类别的技术转移机构正好构成了技术转移机构能力升级的路径。技术转移机构的能力升级,并不是技术转移机构的自主选择,而是来自技术自身特性和技术转移活动特性的客观要求。能力缺乏是中国技术转移机构的核心问题,而进行能力升级,是中国技术机构发展策略的核心内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technology transfer is the weak part of China’ s national innovation system. The development of technology transfer organizations is directly related to the implementation of technology transfer. This paper divides technology transfer organizations into three types from capability upgrading perspective: transaction service type,technology incubation type and resource integration type. Those three types format the capability upgrading path of technology transfer organization. The demand of capability upgrading comes from the attributes of technology itself and the attributes of the process of technology transfer. Lack of capability is the core problem of China’ s technology transfer organizations. The upgrading of capability is the essence of the development strategy for China’ s technology transfer organizations.更多还原
