禽腺病毒增殖方法的优化研究
Study on Optimization of Proliferation Methods of Fowl Adenovirus
【摘要】 分别采用SPF鸡胚、293a细胞、鸡胚原代肝细胞、鸡肝癌细胞(LMH)增殖禽腺病毒,采用PCR鉴定,并测定病毒EID50、TCID50。结果显示:LMH细胞能稳定传代,可以出现明显病变,并且病毒滴度有明显提高。推荐采用鸡肝癌细胞来增殖禽腺病毒。
【Abstract】 SPF chicken embryo, 293 a cell,chicken embryo primary hepatocytes cell and chicken liver cancer cells(LMH)were used to proliferate fowl adenovirus, respectively, and the proliferation effect was evaluated by PCR and measurement of EID50 and TCID50. The results showed that fowl adenovirus proliferated by LMH cells could stably passage and reflect obvious lesion to the virus, and virus titer was significantly increased. It′s recommended that proliferation of fowl adenovirus should used by LMH.
