【Abstract】 Enterochromaffin cell is a sort of critically important APUD(Amine precursor uptake and decarboxylation)cell, whose main secretion was 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) which play a chief role in regulating the nutrition, digestive absorption and immune of gut in fowl.
