海员疲劳及其影响因素
Seafarers’ Fatigue and its Influential Factors
【摘要】 为明确导致船员疲劳最主要的因素以及进一步评估中国船员的疲劳状况,给相关海事部门和航运企业制订疲劳法规和管理政策提供可行性证据和支持,基于多维度疲劳结构(MFI-20)及NASA任务负荷指数(NASATLX)设计包含主观评价及加班感受的调查问卷,对国内船舶管理公司在船船员进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷370份。运用SPSS软件进行相关系数和探索性因子分析,利用AMOS软件建立船员疲劳结构方程。结果表明:物理工作环境、休息情况和工作节奏等3个因子对船员疲劳程度的影响最为显著。国内船舶管理公司和相关海事部门可通过降低工作节奏和改善物理工作环境来减少船员任务负荷,制订适当的休息时间来提高船员表现。
【Abstract】 The main influencing factors that cause fatigue are investigated and the fatigue status of Chinese seamen are evaluater so as to provide supporting data for maritime related departments and shipping enterprises to develop regulations and policies on fatigue management. A questionnaire which includes subjective evaluation and overtime experience is designed based on the multidimensional fatigue structure( MFI-20) and the NASA Task Load index( NASA-TLX) and a questionnaire survey made within personnel of domestic Ship Management Company,collecting 370 effective questionnaires. SPSS software is used to analyze the correlation coefficient and exploratory factors,and the fatigue structure equation is established by AMOS software. The research shows that three factors, " physical working environment", " resting condition" and " working pace",have the most significant influence on the fatigue degree of seafarers. Ship management companies and maritime related departments can reduce the workload of seafarers members by adjusting the working pace and improving the physical environment of work,and improve the performance by scheduling appropriate rest time.
