【摘要】 目的研究超声引导下细针抽吸睾丸组织学的价值。方法选取本院无精子症睾丸活检患者63例,其中细针抽吸睾丸细胞学21例,粗针穿刺睾丸组织学20例,改进的超声引导下细针抽吸睾丸组织学22例。结果超声引导下细针抽吸睾丸组织学检查,标本未见其他成分,术后未见血肿发生,和粗针穿刺比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其标本满意度明显高于睾丸细胞学、粗针穿刺组织学。结论改进的超声引导下细针抽吸睾丸组织学,具有较大的临床治疗价值,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The value of ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration in testicular histology.Methods 63 cases of testicular biopsy of azoospermia in were selected,including 21 cases of testicular cytology with fine needle aspiration,20 cases of testicular histology with coarse needle puncture,and 22 cases of testicular histology under improved ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration.Results Ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration testis histological examination,no other components,no hematoma,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the specimens was significantly higher than that of testicular cytology and coarse needle puncture histology.Conclusions The improved ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration testicular histology has great clinical therapeutic value and is worthy of popularization and application.更多还原
