【摘要】 目的总结超声对膀胱和输尿管子宫内膜深部浸润症的诊断价值。方法对我院经手术及病理确诊的膀胱或输尿管子宫内膜深部浸润症患者的超声图像及超声检查结果进行分析,总结超声的诊断价值。结果 2012年5月至2017年5月期间,在我院手术及病理确诊的膀胱内异症患者35例,超声术前正确诊断14例,2例漏诊,2例误诊为膀胱肿瘤,其余17例仅发现病灶,未能做出诊断;我院确诊的输尿管内异症18例,2014年以前共9例,超声检查全部漏诊,在2014年后的9例输尿管内膜异位全部得到了正确的术前超声诊断。结论超声对具有特异度临床表现或同时伴有其他部位受累的膀胱内异症诊断的灵敏度较好。而对盆腔内异症患者进行肾脏和输尿管全面扫查是提高输尿管内异症诊断率的最重要的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To conclude the diagnostic value of ultrasonography in deep endometriosis of the bladder and ureter.Methods Ultrasonographic images of patients comfirmed as deep infiltration of the bladder or ureter in our hospital from 2012 to 2017 were analyzed,and the diagnostic value of ultrasonography was summarized.Results During the period from,35 patients with bladder DIE were diagnosed by surgery and pathology in our hospital in which 14 cases diagnosed correctly by ultrasonography,2 cases were missed,2 cases were misdiagnosed as bladder tumor,and other 17 cases were just described the lesion in bladder.18 cases were confirmed as ureter DIE,and all of 9 patients were missed during the year of 2012 and 2014,while a total of 9 cases got correct preoperative diagnosis between 2014-2017.Conclusions Ultrasonography is more sensitive to the bladder DIE with specific clinical manifestations.Routin scanning of the kidney and ureteral for patients with pelvic DIE is a effective way to improve the detection rate of ureter involvement.更多还原
