【摘要】 目的通过总结特殊类型乳腺癌的超声征象提高该类疾病的超声认识。方法回顾性分析经病理证实特殊类型乳腺癌22例,结合乳腺超声资料,观察不同类型乳腺癌的超声表现。结果筛状癌、小管癌及嗜酸细胞癌肿物大小≤2cm,黏液腺癌及神经内分泌癌肿物大小>5cm,浸润性微乳头状癌、嗜酸性细胞癌及神经内分泌癌、混合型黏液腺癌血流丰富。结论特殊类型乳腺癌有各自超声征象特点,明确这些特点是正确诊断的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the sonographic features of special type breast carcinoma,to improve the level of preoperative diagnosis of these disease.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 22 cases of special types of breast cancer confirmed by pathology,combined with breast ultrasound data,and observed the sonographic features of different types in breast carcinoma.Results Invasive cribri-form carcinoma,tubular carcinoma and oncocytic carcinoma of breast tumor size≤2 cm,mucinous adenocarcinoma and neuroendocrine carcinoma of breast tumor size>5 cm,invasive micropapillary carcinoma,eosinophilic carcinoma and neuroendocrine carcinoma,mixed-mode of mucinous adenocarcinoma had rich blood flow.Conclusions Special types of breast cancer have their respective sonographic characteristics and indetifing these characteristics is the key to the correct diagnosis.更多还原
