【摘要】 目的分析2017年东台市2岁以下儿童接种疫苗后30内住院情况与异常反应的关联性,评价儿童接种疫苗后的风险。方法通过查阅2017年东台市人民儿童住院病历,收集所有住院儿童的疫苗接种信息,采用描述性方法进行流行病学分析。结果 2017年东台市人民医院404名2岁下的儿童接种疫苗因病住院,占东台市儿童出生总数的2.58%;2017年接种疫苗135231针,与住院有关联的针次533针次,接种疫苗的住院率为3.94‰。结论通过对儿童接种疫苗后患病情况进行回顾性调查显示儿童在出生后30内接种疫苗后住院情况最多,调查数据能对疫苗接种后引起的住院与异常反应及其他偶合反应的关联性有一正确认识,为加强安全性监测及适当免疫规划调整提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE The aim of this study was to analyze that after vaccination the hospitalization status of children under 2 years old in Dongtai city in 2017 and to assess the risk of childhood vaccination. METHODS By referring to the medical records of hospitalized children in dongtai city in 2017, vaccination information of all hospitalized children were collected, and descriptive methods were used for epidemiological analysis. RESULTS In 2017, 404 children under the age of 2 were hospitalized due to diseases after vaccination, accounting for2.71% of the total number of newborn in Dongtai city from 2016 to 2017. In 2016, the vaccine was administered 135,231 doses, 533 doses of vaccination associated with hospitalization, and the hospitalization rate of vaccination was 3.94‰. CONCLUSION Through the children vaccinated children after birth prevalence were retrospectively survey within 30 hospitalized after vaccination, most survey data could be caused by vaccination after hospitalization and abnormal reaction and other had a correct understanding of the correlation of coupling reaction, in order to strengthen safety monitoring and proper immunization programmes provide theoretical basis for adjustment.更多还原
