【摘要】 目的了解青岛市农村空巢老人心理健康及社会支持状况。方法采用随机抽样的方法,应用人口学资料调查问卷、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)调查青岛市农村地区空巢老人134例、非空巢老人345例。结果空巢老人SCL-90得分高于对照组,SSRS得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);空巢老人社会支持与心理健康状况呈正相关,差异不显著。结论农村空巢老人心理健康状况较差,社会支持与老人的心理健康状况密切相关,建立健全社会支持系统,提高空巢老人生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstruct OBJECTIVE To master the mental health and social support of the empty-nest old people in Qingdao. METHODS By ran-dom sampling methods,using the demographic data questionnaire, symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90) and social support rating scale(SSRS) to investigate 134 cases of empty-nest old people and non empty-nest old people in rural areas of Qingdao. RESULTS Emptynest old people SCL-90 score higher than the control group, SSRS score was lower than the control group, the difference was statisti-cally significant (P<0.05);there was positive correlation between the social support and mental health status of empty-nest oldpeople. CONCLUSION Empty-nest elderly in rural mental health was poor, social support and mental health status of the elderly wereclosely related to the establishment of a sound social support system to improve the quality of life of the empty-nest elderly.更多还原
