【摘要】 目的评价盐酸苯海索联合吡贝地尔治疗帕金森病的效果及安全性。方法选择2016年1月～2017年7月期间收诊的100例帕金森病患者作为研究对象,随机均分为研究组(50例)与对照组(50例)。对照组采用吡贝地尔治疗,研究组联合吡贝地尔与盐酸苯海索治疗,观察分析临床疗效,并评价安全性。结果研究组总有效率为92%(46/50),对照组总有效率为78%(39/50),组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为4%(2/50),对照组为12%(6/50),经对比差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论联合盐酸苯海索与吡贝地尔治疗帕金森病,疗效显著,且安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of benzodiazepine hydrochloride combined with piperidil in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. Methods 100 patients with Parkinson’s disease who were diagnosed between January 2016 and July 2017 were selected as subjects. All patients were randomly divided into 2 groups by computer, including the study group(n = 50 cases) and the control group(n = 50 cases). The control group was treated with piperdil, and the study group was combined with piperdil and benzodiazepine hydrochloride to observe and analyze the clinical efficacy and evaluate the safety.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92%(46/50) and 78%(39/50) in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 4%(2/50) in the study group and 12%(6/50) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of benzodiazepine hydrochloride and pibelil is effective and safe in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.更多还原
