【摘要】 目的罂粟碱微量泵持续给药在小儿断指(肢)再植术后的应用研究。方法选取2016年1月1日-2018年6月30日期间收治的30例(30指)行断指(肢)再植术患儿,依据病案号单双号分为对照组(n=15)与观察组(n=15),观察组术后施以微量泵持续泵入,对照组行常规肌肉注射罂粟碱。对两组患者罂粟碱微量泵持续给药和常规注射应用进行比较。结果观察组再植指(肢)存活率、再植指(肢)血管危象发生率、药物不良反应发生情况、患儿家属满意度对比均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论应用罂粟碱微量泵持续给药在小儿断指(肢)再植术后的应用中具有显著效果,安全可靠创伤较小,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application of continuous administration of papaverine micropump after replantation of severed fingers(limbs) in children.Methods From January 1,2016 to June 30,2018,30 children(30 fingers) with amputated finger(limb) replantation were divided into two groups:control group(n=15) and observation group(n=15).The control group received routine intramuscular injection of papaverine.A comparison was made between the continuous administration of papaverine micropump and routine injection of papaverine between the two groups.Results The survival rate of replanted finger(limb) and vascular crisis of replanted finger(limb) were observed in the observation group.The rate of birth,the incidence of adverse drug reactions and the satisfaction degree of the children’s family were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous administration of papaverine micropump in children after replantation of severed fingers(limbs) has significant effect,and the safe and reliable injury is relatively small,which is worth popularizing.更多还原
