【摘要】 目的分析内镜下硬化剂注射治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的临床效果。方法随机抽取138例研究对象,均为2016年1月-2017年9月食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者,进行回顾性分析,内科保守治疗作为对照组,内镜下硬化剂注射治疗作为治疗组,比较两组临床效果。结果对照组共60例,急诊止血40例(66.67%),1年生存42例(70.0%);治疗组共78例,急诊止血65例(83.33%),1年生存72例(92.31%),两组差异显著(P<0.05),对照组再出血例14例(23.33%)与治疗组再出血19例(24.36%)差异不显著(P>0.05)。对照组食管胃底静脉曲张改善总有效44例(73.33%)与治疗组食管胃底静脉曲张改善70例(89.74%),治疗组优于对照组,P<0.05。两组并发症发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论内镜下硬化剂注射治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的临床疗效明显,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of endoscopic sclerotherapy in the treatment of esophageal variceal bleeding. Methods The study period was from January 2016 to September 2017. A total of 138 subjects were enrolled in this study. All of them were esophagogastric variceal bleeding patients, and were retrospectively analyzed. Conservative medical treatment was used as the control group, under sclerotherapy as a treatment group,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The control group had 40 cases(66.67%) of emergency hemostasis, 42 cases(70.0%) of one year survival rate and 65 cases(83.33%) of emergency treatment group and 72 cases(92.31%) of one year survival rate), While there was no significant difference between the control group, rebleeding 14(23.33%) and the reheating treatment 19(24.36%)(P>0.05). In the control group, the total effective rate of esophageal and gastric varices was improved in 44 cases(73.33%) and esophageal varices in the treatment group improved by 70%(89.74%). The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05). Complications of the two groups, we can find no significant difference between the two groups of complications(P>0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic sclerotherapy for the treatment of esophageal variceal bleeding clinical efficacy was obvious, worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
