【摘要】 目的探讨埃可病毒30型脑炎患儿T淋巴细胞CD₄⁺、CD₈⁺及CD₃⁺免疫功能情况。方法应用PCR方法检测长春市儿童医院2015年神经科163例脑炎患儿脑脊液埃可病毒30型核酸,以脑脊液检测出埃可病毒30型核酸儿童为观察组,以同期174例健康体检儿童为对照组,比较埃可病毒30型脑炎患儿与健康儿童血液T淋巴细胞CD₄⁺、CD₈⁺及CD₃⁺免疫功能。结果（1）确定埃可病毒30型脑炎患儿105例,阳性率64. 42%,男60例,女45例,年龄1～12岁。（2）与健康儿童比较CD₄⁺、CD₈⁺及CD₃⁺绝对计数均明显减低,差异有统计学意义（P<0. 05）,CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺与健康儿童比较差异无统计学意义（P>0. 05）。结论埃可病毒30型脑炎患儿存在免疫功能紊乱,以CD₃⁺、CD₄⁺及CD₈⁺绝对计数降低,免疫能力下降为主要表现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the immune function of T lymphocyte CD₄⁺,CD₈⁺and CD₃⁺in children with ECHO virus 30 encephalitis. Methods PCR method was used to detect the echovirus 30 nucleic acid in cerebrospinal fluid of 163 children with encephalitis in 2015. The children with echovirus 30 nucleic acid in the cerebrospinal fluid were included as the observation group,and 174 healthy children in the same period were included as the control group. The immune functions of T lymphocyte CD₄⁺,CD₈⁺,and CD+ were measured and compared. Results 105 cases of ECHO virus 30 encephalitis were confirmed. The positive rate was 64. 42%,60 cases were males and45 cases were females,aged 1 ～ 14 years. Compared with those of healthy children,the absolute count of CD₄⁺,CD₈⁺and CD₃⁺were decreased significantly,and there was no significant difference of CD4/CD8 between observation group and control group. Conclusion The immune function of children with encephalitis of echovirus 30 is disorder. The main manifestation is the decrease of absolute count of CD,CD and CD,and the decrease of immune ability.更多还原
