【摘要】 目的探讨中药联合心理干预疗法对儿童多动症的治疗效果。方法选取2015年1月-2017年1月来安徽省儿童医院治疗的儿童多动症患儿84例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各42例。对照组患儿予以单纯心理干预治疗,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上予以中药(智力糖浆)联合治疗。疗程1个月,比较两组患儿临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患儿临床症状均有所好转,观察组患儿总有效率为97.6%高于对照组患儿的83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经重复测量检验,观察组患儿与对照组患儿在PSQ问卷包含的5项内容中对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗前语言与操作智商差值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿差值均小于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后语言与操作智商差值观察组患儿小于对照组患儿,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药联合心理干预疗法治疗儿童多动症疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with psychotherapy in treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder( ADHD) in children. Methods Eighty-four children with ADHD treated in Anhui Provincial Children’s Hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table. The children in control group were treated by psychotherapy,and the children in observation group were treated by psychotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine( children intelligence syrup). The treatment lasted for one month. The clinical effects in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,clinical symptoms in the two groups were improved. The total effective rate in observation group was 97. 6%,which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group( 83. 3%)( P<0. 05). Repeated measure showed that there were statistically significant differences in the contents of five items of PSQ between the two groups( P<0. 05). Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in difference values of verbal intelligence quotient and performance intelligence quotient between the two groups( P>0. 05). After treatment,the difference values of verbal intelligence quotient and performance intelligence quotient in the two groups were statistically significantly less than those before treatment( P<0. 05). After treatment,the difference values of verbal intelligence quotient and performance intelligence quotient in observation group were less than those in control group,but there was no statistically significant difference( P>0. 05). Conclusion The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with psychotherapy in treatment of ADHD in children is significant.更多还原
