【摘要】 目的探讨硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊配合臭氧治疗阴道炎的临床价值。方法收集2017年5月～2018年5月来我院进行治疗的50例阴道炎患者的临床资料。按照治疗方案不同将50例阴道炎患者分为观察组25例和对照组25例,两组患者入院后即根据患病类型不同给予基础药物治疗,对照组患者在此基础上给予硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用臭氧治疗,比较两组患者疗程结束后治疗效果、治疗后康复情况、复发情况以及治疗前后阴道pH、阴道分泌物革兰染色Nugent评分变化情况。结果观察组患者疗程结束后总有效率高于对照组,次月复查复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者外阴阴道疼痛消失、外阴瘙痒消失、白带异常消失、黏膜充血消失时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者复查时阴道p H、Nugent评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊配合臭氧治疗阴道炎疗效显著,值得临床推荐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of nifuratel vaginal soft capsule combined with ozone in the treatment of vaginitis. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with vaginitis who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were collected. According to the different treatment options, 50 patients with vaginitis were div ided into observation group(25 cases) and control group(25 cases). The two groups of patients were given basic medicine according to the type of disease after admission. The control group was given nifuratel vaginal soft capsule on the above basis. The patients in the observation group were treated with ozone on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The therapeutic effect after the end of the treatment period, the recovery after treatment, the recurrence and the vaginal pH and Nugent score change of vaginal secretions before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at the end of the treatment period.The recurrence rate of the observation group at the next month was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The disappearance time of vulvovaginal pain, the external itching, the leucorrhea abnormality, and the mucosa congestion in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of vaginal pH and Nugent were lower in the observation group than those in the control group when review, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Nifuratel vaginal soft capsule combined with ozone for the treatment of vaginitis is effective and worthy of clinical recommendation.更多还原
