【摘要】 目的探讨加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)在腹腔镜治疗早期子宫内膜癌围手术期的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月～2018年6月围手术期按ERAS管理的患者40例作为研究组,随机抽取2015年1月～2017年1月按传统流程处置的患者40例作为对照组。所有患者均经病理诊断为早期子宫内膜癌,手术方式均为腹腔镜下全子宫双附件切除术加盆腔及腹主动脉旁淋巴结切除术。观察的两组术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、进食时间、住院时间、术后呕吐、疼痛和下肢静脉血栓发生的人数。结果两组在首次排气时间、首次排便时间、进食时间、住院时间和术后呕吐、疼痛以及下肢静脉血栓的发生等方面,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ERAS在腹腔镜治疗早期子宫内膜癌围手术期的临床应用中安全有效,值得进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS) in the laparoscopic treatment of early endometrial cancer in the perioperative period. Methods 40 patients with ERAS management during the perioperative period from January 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the study group. 40 patients who underwent traditional procedures from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomLy selected as the control group. All patients were diagnosed as early endometrial cancer by pathology. The surgical approach of all patients was laparoscopic uterine double attachment resection plus pelvic and para-aortic lymphadenectomy. The observation indexes for both groups were first postoperative deflation time, first defecation time, eating time, hospital stay, postoperative vomiting, pain, and number of lower extremity venous thrombosis. Results The differences in the first exhaust time, the first defecation time, the eating time, the hospitalization time and postoperative vomiting, pain and the occurrence of venous thrombosis of the lower extremity between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of ERAS in the laparoscopic treatment of early endometrial cancer at the perioperative period is safe and effective, and it is worthy of further promotion and apphication.更多还原
