【摘要】 目的探讨孟鲁司特治疗小儿百日咳的疗效。方法选取我院感染科2017年1月~2018年1月收治的132例>3月龄百日咳患儿,根据随机配对设计,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用孟鲁司特口服。比较两组患儿的临床表现、住院时间、住院费用及两组的总有效率。结果治疗组患儿治疗后痉挛性咳嗽持续时间、鸡鸣样回声持续时间、咳嗽后呕吐持续时间、发作性青紫持续时间、肺部啰音消失的时间、住院时间均较对照组短(P<0.05)。治疗组显效率及有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上,加用孟鲁司特口服,治疗百日咳,可减轻患儿的痉挛性咳嗽,从而减轻患儿痛苦。该药口感好,口服方便、安全,易于接受,方便推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of montelukast on pertussis in children. Methods 132 cases of children with pertussis in the department of infectious disease in Tai’an Maternity & Child Healthcare Hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected. They were divided into treatment group and control group based on randomized paired design. Patients in treatment group were given montelukast by oral administration based on the routine treatment. Clinical performance, hospitalization time, hospitalization fare and total rate of effectiveness in two groups were compared. Results The duration of spasmodic cough, duration of inspiratory "whoop ", duration of post-tussive vomiting, duration of paroxysmal cyanochroia, disappearance time of pulmonary rales and hospitalization time in treatment group after treatment were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05). Response rate and effective rate in treatment group in treatment group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Based on the routine treatment, giving additional montelukast by oral administration in the treatment of pertussis could alleviate the spasmodic cough and relieve the pain of children. Montelukast is tasty, easy-taken and safe. It is easy to accept and promote.更多还原
