【摘要】 目的探讨非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)与乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染的相关性。方法选取2010年1月~2017年10月我院收治的100例NHL患者作为观察组,同期200名健康体检者作为对照组。比较两组之间的HBV感染率和乙肝表面抗原(HVs Ag)阳性率,分析不同病例类型NHL患者的临床资料与HBV感染的相关性。结果观察组患者的HBV感染率为39%(39/100),Hbs Ag阳性率为27%(27/100);对照组的HBV感染率及Hbs Ag阳性率分别为21%(42/200)和15%(30/200),组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HBV的感染率不但与非霍奇金淋巴瘤的病理类型有相关性,而且也与其临床分期有明显相关性(P<0.05),但是HBV的感染率与患者年龄和性别无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 NHL与HBV感染具有一定的相关性,临床上给予一定的重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma(NHL) and hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection.Methods 100 NHL patients admitted in our hospital from January 2010 to October 2017 were selected as the observation group and 200 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group.The HBV infection rate and the positive rate of hepatitis B surface antigen(HVSAg) between the two groups were compared.And the correlation between clinical data and HBV infection of NHL patients of different types was analyzed.Results The HBV infection rate in the observation group was 39%(39/100) and the positive rate of Hbs Ag was 27%(27/100).The HBV infection rate and Hbs Ag positive rate in the control group was 21%(42/200) and 15%(30/200),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The infection rate of HBV was not only correlated with the pathological type of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma,but also with the clinical stage(P<0.05).However,the infection rate of HBV had no significant correlation with the age and gender of the patients(P>0.05).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between NHL and HBV infection,and some attention should be given clinically.更多还原
